Thanks to the generous support of our donors, the School of Accountancy is able to award many scholarships to outstanding accounting majors at the annual awards ceremony each April. Students must be enrolled in or have completed ACCT 3110 Intermediate Accounting I in order to qualify for consideration.
A limited number of scholarship opportunities are available for inbound Master of Accountancy (MAcc) students. Interested seniors that have been accepted to the MAcc should indicate their desire to be considered for scholarships when completing their Intent to Enroll survey sent by MAcc Program Administration in February.
Students should apply for School of Accountancy scholarships using the AUSOM system in Tiger i. The application is typically available by November 1st and students have until February 1st to apply. Only those applications that are completed by February 1st are considered. Students selected to receive scholarships will be notified through the AUSOM system and are expected to attend the awards ceremony in April. Scholarships awarded in April will be credited to the recipient’s bursar account at the beginning of fall term.
