Students must arrange to be in Vienna by noon on 05/24. The program director will designate a flight arriving in Vienna on 05/24 and a flight departing from Vienna on 06/13 as preferred flights. If students arrive and depart on these flights, hotel transportation will be provided.
All participants must have a valid passport. Visas are not required of US citizens. All non-US citizen participants are responsible for finding out whether or not a visa is necessary for their travel. Students must provide proof of domestic medical insurance coverage. International emergency insurance will be provided.
Enrollment is limited to 20 participants. Applicants will be accepted immediately. For priority registration, one should apply by November 1, 2014. Applications received after December 1, 2014 are subject to a $250 late fee. Applications will be accepted until February 1, 2015 unless capacity is filled earlier.
