Bijna Dasani is the Head of Architecture and Innovation at Lloyd’s Banking Group in London. She has a robust track record of delivering strategic, innovative, and complex transformation successes for global Financial Services firms, across products, asset classes and markets.
Ms. Dasani has been honored by her industry globally, academic institutions nationally, and media as a catalyst for change and thought leadership, particularly on issues of gender parity, diversity and inclusion, mentorship and sponsorship, and the “workplace of the future.”
Through her various roles, she advocates for equal opportunities for women in the workplace, particularly within the global banking and technology sectors. She is a presenter for the Women in Business (WIB) TV show, a mentor for Women in Technology, and has filmed a series of leadership videos for a new mentoring-on-the-go app, Cajigo.
Ms. Dasani holds a B.A. in business administration from Leicester Castle Business School at De Montfort University, a PGDip in strategy and innovation from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, and an honorary doctorate in business administration from De Montfort University.
Ms. Dasani is credited as one of the Top 50 Visionary Young Leaders in Business, by Henley Business School (2017), one of 35 leading British business women under 35, by Management Today, Accenture and The Telegraph (2015), a Rising Star by We Are the City (2013). She was also recognized as International Women’s Day Young Achiever of the Year in 2006.
