BCR is seeking a Portfolio Assistant to join our team. The purpose of this position is to provide the Advisory Team with an exceptional digital experience that will be delivered to clients. The primary responsibilities will include maintaining Orion (portfolio accounting software) and Eclipse (rebalancing tool), the BCR App, and annual projects.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Manage reporting and rebalancing software
o Enter and maintain client data in rebalancing software
o Manage ongoing project to rebalance all client portfolios quarterly
o Act a liaison between the firm and a third-party vendor to maintain reporting database
• Execute Digital Experience
o Actively participate in marketing meetings
o Maintain “digital” platforms such as directed by marketing team
