Customer Service / Billing Clerk: Excellent customer service, telephone, and computer skills needed. Provides service to guests with account discrepancies; Responsible for updating and maintain monthly accounts to include billing and resolving disputes. Resort Suite experience preferred; Microsoft Office experience with strong Excel skills required; Accounting experience; Hospitality experience preferred.
Central Cashier: Responsible for all cash and cash handling on property including cash deposits from all outlets and banks issued to employees. Insures timely and accurate deposits of all monies. Responsibilities also include overseeing adherence to cash handling policies and procedures. Must be available to work weekend and holidays as required.
Conference Service Manager: Three to five years catering and/or conference service management experience in a hotel resort setting preferred. Must have extensive knowledge of food and beverage in order to negotiate food, beverage and meeting room rental. Conducts site inspections to existing and potential clients. Communicates timely and professionally with meeting planners to obtain accurate details to exceed the conference objectives. Responsible for the execution of the event. Must be detail oriented and have excellent communication skills. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. Knowledge of computers - Word, and Excel helpful.
