How do I apply to BAP? (follow the four steps below)
Prepare your resume using the resume template, if you do not have a resume. Please note that the resume template is derived from a general business template provided by the OPCD, but we have included additional information customized to accounting. Please delete the notes before finalizing your personal resume copy. After updating the resume template with your information, print your resume to a PDF to preserve formatting. Instead of printing resume to a physical printer, select Adobe PDF as your printer and save document as PDF. See PDF example.
Print your unofficial transcript from AU Access to a PDF document.
Upload your resume and unofficial transcript in PDF format to Handshake and make both documents publicly visible by 8:00 a.m. on Friday, January 13, 2017. Please make sure your Handshake profile includes your preferred first name and hometown.
Complete the online BAP Membership Application by 8:00 a.m. on Friday, January 13, 2017.
When are BAP Meetings?
BAP meetings are held on Tuesday nights from 6-7 p.m. and attendance is required. BAP candidates also need to complete six BAP service hours throughout the spring semester to be initiated. Further information will be provided to all accepted applicants at the first meeting on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at 5:30 pm.
