Jeremy Mackey is Harbert College's foremost expert on abusive supervision and interpersonal mistreatment in the workplace. In fact, the associate professor in management's top co-authored articles, "A review of abusive supervision research," and "Abusive supervision: A meta-analysis and empirical review" have been cited a combined 416 times since 2013.
The self-motivated Carson had his research published in the Journal of Organizational Behavior and is eager to continue conducting impactful research. For his dedication to research and furthering his graduate education, Carson was recently honored as Harbert College's 2019 Outstanding Ph.D. Student Award.
