        More from Ayco

Ayco is a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs, specifically falling under Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management.  We provide financial counseling for our clients and typically work with clients with investable assets at a minimum of $1,000,000.  We have offices here in Atlanta as well as 12 others throughout the country.

This is a unique opportunity for recent grads to work with high net worth individuals and at Ayco we do ZERO client acquisition, a.k.a. no cold-calling/prospecting like 99% of the other financial institutions require.  Ayco offers incredible benefits like paying for a career designation (CFP, CPA, CFA, etc.) and will pay up to $10,000 a year for 3 years ($30,000 total) toward an MBA, JD, and other advanced degrees.

Compensation for new hires- An Analyst typically starts at approximately $60,000 total compensation (~$55,000 base salary with a 10% target for bonus each year)  The first 4 years targets about a 10% raise each year as well as the 10% bonus.  Promotions happen at the end of the year and the route for an Analyst goes from Analyst to Senior Analyst to Financial Planner to Senior Financial Planner.  As long as you do what you are supposed to and don’t get into any trouble, you get a promotion at the end of each year.  Once you reach Senior Financial Planner, you stay in that role for 1 – 2 years and wait to get a promotion to account manager which starts at a base salary of about $125,000.  We have 20 account managers in the office and the average account manager makes between $400,000 and $500,000 with our top 3 Account Managers making 7 figures.

Essentially, if you are willing to work hard for 4 – 5 years for average pay, you are rewarded with promotion to Account Manager where you make the real money.  If you start at age 22, you are making 6 figures by age 27 – 28 and probably making north of $250,000 by age 30.

We also have great benefits for retirement, insurance coverage, 12 week 100% paid maternity/paternity leave, 100% pay if you deploy, etc.
