At EY we have a unique definition of diversity. To us, diversity is about differences, and each one of us is different. Inclusiveness makes our diverse mix work and allows us to provide exceptional client service. One of our core values is to develop and foster diverse and inclusive teams which starts with our hiring efforts and YOU! Included are a few brochures that will help give you an idea of the amazing opportunities at the firm. Currently, we are hiring for two programs, our Launch Internship and Diversity Leadership Conference (DLC). Our Launch program is rapidly growing as we hire about 400+ interns a year across the country and have 1000+ alumni through the program at the firm. Ellen Stark, the EY Auburn Campus Recruiter, will be on campus in the upcoming weeks and will be reaching out shortly to coordinate a time to get together! In the meantime, if you have any questions, please reach out to Ellen at Ellen.Stark@ey.com.
