        Professional Activities

        Cornett joined the School of Accountancy in fall 2004 as an instructor, and shortly thereafter became responsible for recruiting, internships, School of Accountancy scholarships, as well as serving as the faculty advisor for Auburn’s Beta Alpha Psi chapter.

        Beginning in fall 2013, she served as a lecturer in the School of Accountancy. Cornett’s professional experience includes two and a half years in public accounting, three years in consumer lending, seven years in corporate lending, and three years in banking. Cornett is a licensed CPA in Alabama and is a member of the AICPA and Alabama Society of CPAs.
