Dr. Lei Huang received his PhD in Management from University of Nebraska-Lincoln. His current research focuses on behavioral ethics, employee voice and creativity, and leadership. His research has been published in journals such as Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Business Research, and Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology. His work is cited in numerous national and international media outlets, including Forbes, Yahoo, INC, Business News Daily, Science Daily, Medical Daily, The Oxford Review, R&D Today, India Times, and Gazeta.
