You can unload your materials at the back entrance of Horton Hardgrave Hall. There will be signage in place and volunteers in white shirts available to assist you.
We strongly encourage you to use a transportation service to minimize your frustration with finding parking. Both Uber and Lyft are available in the Auburn area. You can use the drop-off area in the rear of the building and significantly decrease your time walking and searching for parking.
If you choose to park on-campus:
ALL employers will park in the North Parking Deck (anywhere within the deck you can
find a space). Please print and display the parking pass in your vehicle.
Shuttles will start running at 11:00 AM to transport you to Horton-Hardgrave Hall. The shuttles will drop off across the street from Horton-Hardgrave Hall. There will be volunteers at the parking deck to assist you.
Employers that park anywhere else on campus might be ticketed or towed. Please obey these instructions, we will not be able to have a parking ticket removed and are not liable for any tow fees or tickets.
The Auburn University Parking Services office is open 7:15 am – 4:15 pm (Mon-Fri) and can be contacted at (334) 844-4143. Their office is in the South Quad Parking Deck on the corner of Duncan Drive and Lem Morrison Drive.
Please be sure to obey all parking signs and do not park in spaces marked for specific uses (i.e. Service Vehicles, Clinic/Patient Parking, etc). We cannot help with tickets, towing, or wheel locks issued for parking in clearly marked spaces, parking on curbs/grass, etc.
If you are returning to campus for Next Day Interviews, we will contact you about parking options and provide a digital permit.
Each registration includes two round high-top tables (30 inches in diameter each) and two chairs. Please note that electricity for your display CANNOT BE GUARANTEED.
The Office of Professional & Career Development and the Harbert College of Business will not be responsible for any injury that may arise to exhibitors or their employees, or for the loss of or damage to any materials related to the event while in transit to or from or while in use at Horton Hardgrave Hall.

We are excited to partner with Career Fair Plus to offer the Career Fair + App feature for employers and students. You will also receive an email from Career Fair Plus with similar information. You can download the app in the app store (iOS, Android). Search “Career Fair Plus” in the app store.
The app will allow students to research all registered companies prior to the fair and includes an interactive map to direct them to your booth. Students can filter based on their majors, job type, location, etc. Employer information is uploaded into the app directly from your Handshake registration.
Please ensure you include as much information about your organization as possible via Handshake so that it will be included on your employer page in the app.
Another exciting feature is the “Resume Drop”. This feature allows students to submit their resume in the app to specific companies before, during, and after the fair. You will be able to download the resumes into an online portal.
For additional assistance, Career Fair Plus offers weekly webinars:
Tuesday Morning (EST) Webinar: link
Thursday Afternoon (EST) Webinar: link
If you cannot attend one of these live, you can request a recorded webinar or ask any of your questions at support@careerfairplus.com.
Dear Employers,
We are excited to host you on our campus and look forward to introducing you to many of our outstanding students. Please review the enclosed information carefully and let us know if you have any questions.
Two very quick reminders…
Be sure to update your job postings on Handshake prior to the Career Fair. Students will be using Handshake to research companies and will want to see the positions you are actively recruiting for during your visit.
If you have not done so already, you MUST have your internships approved before the career fair.
If you have any questions in the meantime, please let us know.

For the event on 02/10 – parking guidelines are not enforced on-campus after 5pm so you can park directly behind the building.
For next day interviews on 02/12 - You will receive a link to register your vehicle for a temporary parking pass. This will prevent you from receiving a ticket during your visit when parked in the correct zones/areas.
Parking for events on-campus is difficult. We highly recommend utilizing a transportation service for traveling to the Career Fair. Uber and Lyft are transportation services available in the Auburn area. From most hotels and locations in Auburn this would likely cost you $10-$20 and save you significant time and frustration.
Visitor parking is available on the Beard-Eaves Coliseum Lot at 650 Biggio Dr. Please allow yourself plenty of time to arrive and park as traffic can be very heavy at this time of day.
The Auburn University Parking Services office is open 7:15 am – 4:15 pm (Mon-Fri) and can be contacted at 334-844-4143. Their office is in the South Quad Parking Deck on the corner of Duncan Drive and Lem Morrison Drive.
