Interim Dean and KPMG Professor
Dr. Mueller-Phillips is keeping our momentum moving forward as Interim Dean for the Harbert College. With acclaimed research in auditor judgment and liability, Dr. Mueller-Phillips carries quite the academic arsenal, which serves her, and the College, well.

Michael Wesson directs Harbert’s nationally ranked MBA, graduate executive, and specialized
master’s programs in support of the college’s mission, strategic plan and areas of
distinction.
Dr. Butler is responsible for undergraduate international studies and global consulting
programs for the Harbert College of Business. Dr. Butler has 28 teaching awards and
has led student teams in China, Eastern Europe, Western Europe, and the United Kingdom.
Dr. Long is responsible for finance, accounting, human resources, facilities, IT, and events for the Harbert College. With prior involvement in chief and executive finance and operations positions, Dr. Long brings a plethora of practical experience.
Dr. Brandon is currently Taylor Professor and Acting Associate Dean of Research & Faculty Affairs. Prior to this he served as Director of the School of Accountancy. Dr. Brandon joined the Auburn faculty in 2003 after completing his doctorate at Virginia Tech.
