Join the Harbert College of Business with a Graduate Certificate in Management Information Systems (MIS). This non-degree seeking program is designed to help you grow professionally. Strengthen skills in database development and administration, security and information assurance, systems analysis and design, business analysis, and many more.
Requirements
You must hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. The Graduate
School will determine whether non-traditional programs are acceptable. Although, a
four-year equivalent collegiate educational program is required. Appropriate work
experience is desired but not required.
If you're a current Auburn graduate student, speak with your advisor. You could substitute one three-hour course from your current degree program for one of the four required courses. This decision is made at the discretion of the Graduate Programs officer.
How to Apply
Start your application on the Graduate School Online Application.
Deadlines
International applicants should submit all required materials at least 90 days before
the first day of class of the semester in which the student wishes to begin graduate
study. Domestic students should submit all materials at least 45 days before the first
class day. However, most academic units make admission decisions several months in
advance. Thus, applicants should check with the department to which they seek admission
to determine when materials should be submitted. Contact April Hurley at ash0008@auburn.edu for more information about deadlines.
