        Graduate Certificate in Marketing

Firms cannot exist without customers and sales

The Graduate Marketing Certificate equips students with a strong foundation in understanding customer needs and preferences, creating offerings that deliver value, and effectively communicating that value to target audiences. As organizations increasingly rely on sophisticated marketing and digital strategies to address rapidly changing customer expectations, this program provides essential skills to navigate and succeed in this evolving landscape. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics projects above‑average growth in both marketing management and digital marketing careers, underscoring the strong demand for these competencies. Marketing skills are highly transferable and applicable across virtually every industry—including apparel, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and non‑profit organizations—making them valuable in a wide range of professional roles.

Why a Graduate Certificate in Marketing?

The Graduate Certificate in Marketing will help you:

        • Develop expertise in core digital marketing concepts and strategies—including search engine optimization (SEO), website analytics, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and social media marketing—and learn how these channels attract, convert, and retain customers.
        • Understand how leading firms, from hospitality and healthcare to tech and consulting, design and manage service experiences to build customer loyalty, recover from service failures, and drive long-term profitability.
        • Uncover why consumers behave as they do, and turn rigorous, data-driven customer insights into evidence-based marketing strategies.
