With a finance minor, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of finance and its applications in the business world. Because this minor is made up entirely of electives, you have the opportunity to focus your interest in finance to a specific concentration or opt for a varied range of courses. Choose from corporate finance, investments, financial institution management, real estate, insurance finance, and multinational finance.

Prerequisites
You must meet all prerequisites for the electives you choose. Prerequisites will not be waived. Visit the AU Bulletin to see course descriptions and their respective prerequisites (abbreviated as “Pr”).
FINC 3610 (or FINC 3617 for students in the AU Honors College) is REQUIRED. It may count toward the 15 required minor hours for non-business majors only. It cannot count toward the 15 required minor hours for Business majors since it is counting toward college core for Business majors.
