Kevin serves as a lecturer in the supply chain department of the Auburn University Harbert College of Business. Upon graduation from engineering school, Kevin worked for almost 10 years in different aspects of engineering and engineering management, which lead to working in manufacturing operations. As the company leader for an end-to-end plant improvement project, he worked with outside management consultants. This led to him trying consulting for a year or two, which turned into over 25 years.
He continues to consult with responsibility for analysis, design and delivery of solution implementations to difficult issues which have frustrated previous attempts. He has extensive experience on a wide range of business issues within supply chain, operational, engineering, strategic planning, maintenance, process and organizational redesign. He has conducted engagements with over 54 organizations in 31 industries on 3 continents with a diversity of individuals from first line employees to boards of directors. Steel, Chemicals, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Paper, Automotive, Medical Device and Financial Service are some of the industries he has served.
