Justin Headley joined Warren Averett in 2016 and is a Member in the firm’s Risk Advisory & Assurance Services Group, as well as the group's Internal Service Area Leader. He has over a decade of combined experience in public accounting and industry. With a robust background in technology, cybersecurity and risk management, his experience helps business leaders by providing tailored risk management solutions that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Justin excels in providing his clients with comprehensive technology and cyber risk assessments, SOC 1 and SOC 2 reports and business process reviews. He also assists his clients with navigating a complex regulatory environment by providing IT internal audit outsourcing and IT control testing for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. In addition to his professional services, Justin is a published author and a speaker on a variety of technology topics. His insights and thought leadership in the field continue to drive his success in an ever-evolving environment.

Kevin Robinson, CIA, CFE, CCEP, is the Vice President for Institutional Compliance and Security at Auburn University and a Past President of the Association of College and University Auditors (ACUA). Kevin has been with Auburn University for over 27 years and previously served as the Executive Director of Internal Auditing from 2001 to 2015 when he was promoted to Associate Vice President (AVP). As AVP he serves as the chief audit, compliance, and privacy executive for the institution.
He is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP - inactive) and trained facilitator for Kouzes and Posner’s “The Leadership Challenge.” He holds a BS and Master’s degree in Accounting and is an adjunct instructor in the School of Accountancy at Auburn University’s Harbert College of Business.

Kevin is a frequent speaker on the topic of occupational fraud, fraud prevention, internal controls, risk management, and leadership. Kevin is the primary author of the highly popular monthly electronic newsletter “Case-in-Point: Lessons for the Proactive Manager” which discusses emerging risks in higher education. He has also published articles in ACUA’s “College and University Auditor” and has been quoted in “The Business Officer” magazine, “USA Today,” and other newspapers and articles.

Leah Wietholter is the CEO of Workman Forensics in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As a Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Public Accountant, and Private Investigator, Wietholter is an  expert in following patterns to find money.

While working for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Wietholter discovered an interest and talent for forensic accounting.  Following employment with the FBI, Wietholter worked as a Senior Certified Fraud Examiner at a public accounting firm in Tulsa. She then opened Workman Forensics to help clients become a modern-day Sherlock Holmes by equipping them with tools to find money.

Wietholter’s clients include: companies who suspect money is missing; parties in divorce cases who need to find money; and attorneys partnering on criminal defense, divorce, estate, partnership dispute and other litigation matters. Through her work, she has testified in State and Federal courts bringing clarity to the financial details for judges and juries.

With 20 years of experience and having worked over 300 cases, Wietholter has created a new interactive continuing education experience - The Investigation Game®. The game-based training allows attendees to hone their investigative skills and work a real-life case study in a collaborative team environment. Leah has refined her expertise to develop the Data Sleuth® Process —a scalable, data-driven approach to forensic accounting and fraud investigations. This innovative method is featured in her book, Data
Sleuth - Using Data in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Investigations , and explored further in the bimonthly Data Sleuth Podcast.
