  The Center for Supply Chain Innovation is happy to welcome you to FUSION 2026! This year’s educational symposium is designed to bring supply chain practitioners together to collaborate, share ideas and learn from each other.

  Today’s supply chain networks can be complex and challenging systems to manage. In addition to network complexity, those tasked with managing a supply chain network are constantly faced with navigating an evolving marketplace characterized by seemingly constant change. Not only must savvy supply chain managers anticipate change, but they must also react to unanticipated events to help prevent disruptions and maximize performance.

  Today’s agenda is designed to broadly capture some of the key elements of designing a resilient supply chain network. Throughout the day, you will hear from experts who address topics including how to navigate the current and evolving customs and tariffs landscape, ways to use rapidly advancing technological tools like artificial intelligence to benefit your organization, and benefit from insights on how early-stage investments in supply chain innovation can enhance supply chain network performance. The agenda also includes comments from a cargo theft expert who provides critical insights into the increasingly important topic of cargo theft and its impact on supply chains. You will also benefit from a discussion on emerging strategies for dealing with cargo theft and hear about ways educators and employers are preparing the next generation of supply chain talent to become industry leaders during their careers.
