AUBURN, Ala. – Auburn University’s Harbert College of Business continues to distinguish itself as a leader in business education, with its Full-Time MBA and Online MBA programs earning recognition in The Princeton Review’s 2025 Best Business Schools report.

The Full-Time MBA program was included in the Best On-Campus MBA Programs list, ranking #5 for Best Campus Environment. Additionally, the Online MBA program secured the #21 spot among the nation’s Top 50 Online MBA Programs.

Earlier this year, Poets & Quants also ranked the Auburn MBA #11 in its list of Best Online MBA Programs in the U.S. for 2025.

“The recognition from The Princeton Review reinforces the value of Harbert’s MBA programs and reflects the tireless commitment of our faculty and staff to create exceptional learning experiences,” said Dr. Michael Wesson, associate dean of Graduate and Executive Programs at the Harbert College of Business. “These rankings highlight not only the strength of our academics and resources but also our ability to foster a collaborative and dynamic community.”

The Full-Time MBA’s #5 ranking for Best Campus Environment underscores Harbert’s focus on providing a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere where students can thrive both personally and professionally. Qualified students with two or more years of professional or military experience are eligible for generous tuition assistance, further enhancing the program’s appeal.

Similarly, the Online MBA program’s #21 ranking among the Top 50 Online MBA Programs highlights the college’s success in delivering an engaging and rigorous virtual learning experience. The ranking is based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors such as career outcomes, academic rigor, technological innovation, and affordability.

“Recognition by The Princeton Review affirms the excellence and reputation of our MBA programs,” said Dr. Jennifer Mueller-Phillips, dean of the Harbert College of Business. “At Harbert, we deliver innovative programs that shape our students both personally and professionally, preparing them to lead with integrity and drive meaningful change in a dynamic global business community.”

The Princeton Review rankings were determined using over 60 data points, including surveys of MBA administrators and students. Feedback from students detailed their satisfaction with faculty expertise, career services, program flexibility, and overall student experience—all hallmarks of the Harbert College of Business.
