In the School of Accountancy, we believe in a high-quality, affordable education. Thanks to the generous support of our donors, we’re able to provide financial assistance to many of our campus students. Each April, the School of Accountancy awards departmental scholarships to outstanding accounting majors at the annual awards ceremony. Eligibility criteria are outlined below.
To be considered for one of the School of Accountancy scholarships awarded at the annual awards ceremony, you must:
If you are selected for a scholarship, you will be notified through AUSOM, and you are expected to attend the awards ceremony in April. Your scholarship will be credited to your eBill account at the beginning of the fall term.
There are a limited number of scholarship opportunities available for inbound Master of Accountancy (MAcc) students. If applying to the Master of Accountancy program, you should indicate your desire to be considered for scholarships in the GA Assistantship/Scholarship application sent by MAcc program administration following submission of your program application.
If you’re a current accounting major who is enrolled in or has completed ACCT 3110: Intermediate Accounting I, you’re eligible to apply for a scholarship. Complete your application through AUSOM by Feb. 1st.
