KPMG offers a variety of internship opportunities that allow students to gain hands-on experience, work alongside professionals, and explore what a career in public accounting and advisory looks like. These internships are a great way to build your skills, grow your network, and get a feel for the firm’s culture.
If you’re applying to KPMG internships, keep in mind that you can submit up to two applications within a 30-day period, and different locations for the same role count as separate applications. The good news? The application is quick and straightforward and usually takes about 10 minutes to complete!
If you’re selected to interview, you’ll be invited to schedule two back-to-back 30-minute virtual interviews with professionals from the office and practice you applied to. If you receive an offer, you’ll also be invited to attend the KPMG Talent Sync Program — an all-expenses-paid experience at the KPMG Lakehouse in Orlando, Florida.
For Spring 2026, Talent Sync will take place March 27–28 or April 24–25.
During the program, you’ll be grouped into a cohort with professionals and other students heading to the same office, giving you a great chance to connect and get a feel for the firm. Attending Talent Sync does not require you to accept your offer, but if you decline the offer before the program, you’ll give up your spot.
