        Dr. Mark DeGoti, our SACSCOC Liaison in the Provost’s office, is seeking a student worker with strong data management and particularly spreadsheet skills. The position calls for 10-15 hours per week, and pays $12/hour, and would begin as soon as the selection process is complete. If the student can work into the summer, even better, but not required.

        • Job Summary:
          • The primary responsibility of this position is to assist staff within the Office of Academic Effectiveness with Auburn’s faculty qualifications database. Student will be expected to work in Samford Hall and dress appropriately for an office work environment. The position is renewable each semester based on funding and performance.
          • Essential Functions:
            • Assisting with assigned projects that support Auburn’s accreditation process
            • Retrieving and aligning information across different data sets
            • Maintaining, organize, and create different databases
            • Ability to maintain confidentiality
          • Minimum Qualifications:
            • Undergraduate in good academic standing
            • Proficient in Microsoft Office
            • Attention to detail
            • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
            • Commitment to efficiency and thoroughness
            • Strong time management and organization skills
          • Preferred Qualifications:
            • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
            • Ability to show initiative, willingness to help, and receptive to incoming tasks that are executed promptly
          • Pay Rate – $12 per hour
          • Time Commitment:
            • Spring 2022 – 10-15 hours per week; some remote work possible
            • Summer 2022 – (if available) 10-15 hours per week
