This summer, Saltmarsh will once again host our annual two-day Beacon Leadership Experience for rising college students in both Tampa and Pensacola.

Program Dates:

May 6– 7th in our Pensacola, FL office
May 13 – 14th in our Tampa, FL office
Application Deadline: April 1st

New This Year:

We’ll demonstrate key differences between tax and audit roles, and answer questions about what a “day in the life” looks like.
Less talking and more doing – engaging students with more hands-on experiences and reflection time to connect classroom knowledge to the real-world.
Make meaningful connections and learn how to market themselves.

Investing in Relationships: We’ll introduce you to our team and firm leadership while sharing the value of relationships as you begin your career.

A Peek into Life in Public Accounting: Gain valuable insights from others who have been in your shoes. From managing client deadlines to preparing for the CPA exam and beyond, we'll share all we know so you can learn from our best!
Interview Opportunities: Participating students will have on-site interview opportunities for upcoming internships with our firm.
