At KPMG, we put our culture and values front and center. There is nothing more important than investing in our culture because it’s an investment in our people, in our future, in who we are, and what we stand for.
What is culture? Culture is how we do things around here. It is the combination of a predominant mindset, actions (both big and small) that we all commit to every day, and the underlying processes, programs and systems supporting how work gets done. And at KPMG, we understand and believe that strengthening our culture is everyone's responsibility.
KPMG offers great career opportunities in three practice areas. As you apply for internships and approach graduation, consider which area may be right for you.
KPMG clients look to our audit professionals for the ability to provide a high quality financial statement audit and industry insight and valuable perspective on salient business issues. Each of our engagements is tailored to the client's operational structure, industry and size, in order to meet professional standards, achieve the needs of investors and the capital markets and satisfy client's and audit committee expectations. We hire audit professionals who can help provide an independent, accurate, and transparent audit. Your commitment to quality, service, and integrity is key to your success, and ours.
At KPMG, we use our real-world experience and technical knowledge to provide advice on complex tax issues. The tax team at KPMG works collaboratively to help clients make decisions that can add value to their organization through process improvement and cost management.
