Intern Rotational Program 2025:

Pathstone's intern rotational program provides an incredible opportunity for current students to work alongside some of the best and brightest in the financial industry. Pathstone – The Family Office is positioned to bring on like-minded individuals to support our team and help our clients achieve their goals!

Our program offers interns the opportunity to rotate through and gain experience in various Pathstone departments including Client Advisory, Investment Research, Investment Operations, and Professional Services (Accounting & Financial Reporting and the Wealth Planning Group)

Logistics

• 8 weeks (starting in June)
• 36 hours per week
• Mandatory in-office Monday-Thursday, optional remote on Friday
• Three hosting locations: Boston, MA, Bellevue, WA, and Boulder, CO

The Capstone Project

We want our Interns to know they have made a meaningful impact at Pathstone. Therefore, at the conclusion of every internship, a “Capstone Project” presentation will take place during Graduation week. This presentation gives Interns the opportunity to demonstrate the knowledge and skills they have acquired to a panel of colleagues. But don’t worry! Each Intern is paired with a mentor to provide guidance and support as they complete this final task. We believe that taking the time to reflect and synthesize the experience at Pathstone is the perfect finale to an unforgettable experience!
