The Public Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) has summer 2021 internship opportunities in the Office of the Chief Auditor and the Division of Enforcement and Investigations. The opportunities are posted on the PCAOB website in "Careers."

Interested candidates should apply online. Candidates/applications will go through an initial screening. After the initial screening, candidates will interview (currently, via phone and/or video) with 2-3 members of the office/division from which he/she is applying.

Candidates must be in an active accounting program (juniors and above). 

• Undergrad students – paid $20/hour 
• Grad students – paid $26/hour 

Typical internship program length is several months.

Internships are currently being conducted virtually. Post-pandemic office locations are New York City and Washington D.C.
