Reagan Consulting - Summer 2026 Internship

Reagan Consulting, Inc. is a partner-owned investment banking firm based in Atlanta, GA. Reagan focuses on the insurance distribution industry across, providing M&A advisory services to hundreds of the insurance distribution system's strongest players, including over 66 of the top 100 agents and brokers in the U.S. 

The Transaction Services intern will gain experience in executing and delivering buy-side transaction advisory and financial due diligence to clients, as well as exposure to the investment banking industry. The position will work closely with the Transaction Services team, assisting in data collection, modeling, and client communications.
Estimated to require between 40 and 50 hours per week, depending on deal flow, in-person five days a week (Monday through Friday).

Qualifications:

• Majors: Accountancy
• Class Year: Junior
• Graduation Date: by May 2027
• GPA: 3.5 and above
