Financial Development Analyst Program:
Our Financial Development Analyst Program (FDAP) is a two-year rotational program focused on developing and equipping junior analysts with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in various roles within the Chief Finance Office organization. Program analysts participate in two, 12-month rotations supporting both the Strategic Finance Organization (SFO) and Corporate Treasury.
IT NextGen Program:
Synovus' IT NextGen Program is designed to nurture junior tech talent into skilled IT professionals capable of delivering impactful insights and innovative solutions crucial for effective client partnerships at Synovus. In each rotation across Synovus' seven core IT pillars, Associates collaborate with Architects, Engineers, Developers, Analysts, and line of business leaders to contribute to already in-progress enterprise projects. This 12-month long "fast track" combines opportunities that integrate structured training and on-the-job experience. During the program, participants can also acquire up to two IT certifications sponsored by Synovus.
2025 Make Your Mark Symposium:
Applications for our 2025 Make Your Mark Symposium are now open. Planned for February 2025, this one-day event offers motivated college students a unique opportunity to explore the financial services industry, discover Synovus' dedication to building meaningful careers, and engage with a diverse workforce. Attendees will hear from executives, talent advisors, and special guest-speakers, fostering peer-to-peer connections and professional networking while learning about Synovus' early talent programs and how they can elevate their career prospects.
