Business Council

The Harbert Business Council works diligently to bridge the gap between students, faculty, and alumni, working to enhance the student experience through collaboration, feedback implementation, and strategic initiatives. From planning and facilitating college-wide events to hosting feedback meetings with student leaders and much more, we elevate student voices, and bring ideas to life that strengthen the Harbert community.

Serving as the representative for all student organizations within the Harbert College of Business, the Council is led by the president and vice president who are elected by the student body. Members of the Council are appointed by the president and vice president in collaboration with members of the previous year’s Council.

Students are encouraged to apply for a seat on Council by submitting an application on AUInvolve. Following an initial review, selected applicants will be invited to interview. Applications open each semester and the deadline will be reflected on AUinvolve and the Instagram account.
