Tim Vines
Ceo Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama

Tim Vines serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama, the largest provider of healthcare benefits in Alabama. Blue Cross serves nearly three million members, including approximately two million Alabamians. Since assuming the role of President and CEO in 2018, Mr. Vines has led the organization through a period of continued change in the healthcare industry while maintaining a focus on service, access, and quality healthcare for its members.

Mr. Vines joined Blue Cross in 1994 and has held a wide range of executive leadership roles across the organization, with oversight spanning business operations, health management, claims, administration, and enterprise strategy. Before being named President and CEO, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer, where he helped guide the company’s operations and long-term strategic direction. Prior to joining Blue Cross, he spent five years in the banking industry with SouthTrust Bank.

Mr. Vines serves on the Auburn University Board of Trustees and was re-confirmed by the Alabama Senate for a seven-year term in 2024. He has also served in key leadership roles with the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association and on the boards of organizations including Regions Financial Corporation, Samford University, the Business Council of Alabama, and the Economic Development Partnership of Alabama. A native of LaFayette, Alabama, Mr. Vines earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Auburn University in 1988, where he was also a student-athlete on the baseball team.

Scott Case

Scott Case
Executive Vice President, Head of Global Technology and Operations, Prudential Financial

Scott Case is Executive Vice President and Head of Global Technology and Operations at Prudential Financial. In this role, he leads Prudential’s global technology and operations organization, helping advance the company’s modernization, innovation, and digitally enabled capabilities across the enterprise. His leadership spans technology strategy as well as enterprise operations, including areas such as real estate, global security, and enterprise business continuation.

Prior to joining Prudential in 2024, Mr. Case served as Chief Information Officer at Truist, where he led major technology strategy and transformation efforts, including the technology integration following the 2019 merger of SunTrust and BB&T that formed Truist. Before Truist, he served as Chief Information Officer at SunTrust and Chief Information Officer at Ciox Health. His broader career includes financial services technology leadership experience with companies such as John Hancock, First Union National Bank, and Bank of America.

Mr. Case brings more than 30 years of experience in financial services, technology, operations, and digital transformation. He is known for building integrated, digitally enabled functions and solutions within complex operating environments. Mr. Case earned a degree from SUNY Geneseo and an MBA in finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte’s Belk College of Business.

Jennifer Mann

Jennifer Mann
Senior Advisor, The Coca-Cola Company
Former EVP and President, North America Operating Unit

Jennifer Mann serves as Senior Advisor at The Coca-Cola Company following her role as Executive Vice President and President of the company’s North America Operating Unit. She began leading Coca-Cola’s largest operating unit on January 1, 2023, with a focus on accelerating growth as a purpose-driven total beverage company. Under her leadership, the North America Operating Unit delivered strong revenue and profit growth.

Ms. Mann has spent nearly three decades with The Coca-Cola Company in roles of increasing responsibility across operations, customer leadership, people strategy, and business growth. Prior to leading North America, she served as President of Global Ventures, where she helped globally scale acquisitions and brands including Costa Coffee and Coca-Cola’s investment in Monster Beverage Corp. She previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer and as Chief of Staff to James Quincey, then President and Chief Operating Officer and later Chairman and CEO.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Mann served as Vice President and General Manager of Coca-Cola Freestyle, where she helped accelerate the platform’s global expansion across the Coca-Cola system. Her additional leadership roles include Foodservice & On-Premise Strategy and Marketing, McDonald’s Customer & Consumer Operations, and National Customer Support. Ms. Mann holds a degree in accounting from Georgia State University and serves on several boards, including the American Beverage Association, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Coca-Cola FEMSA, fairlife LLC, Morehouse College, Ronald McDonald House Charities, and Verizon Communications.
