Growing your Auburn Family through mentoring and purposeful connections
The Harbert College of Business mentorship program, facilitated through an online platform, connects real-world business professionals with students aspiring to join their field. Through the mentorship program, mentees gain invaluable knowledge about business in practice through an informational interview, job shadowing, one-on-one mentoring sessions, or other learning opportunities. We also offer an informal option in which mentors select their preference on how mentees can contact them and how many times. If you’re a professional excited to invest in the business leader’s of tomorrow, become a mentor through Auburn Connects!
The hand matched mentor-mentee relationship is fostered by the program coordinator. Mentees receive professional and career development through educational sessions and one-on-one mentoring.
This option takes a more informal, non-binding approach to the mentoring relationship. The mentor decides how often they can be contacted for mentees to seek advice, ask questions, and build their network.
We can answer your questions at the Office of Professional and Career Development.
