The ISACA Birmingham Chapter has established a scholarship fund to provide financial
assistance to those interested in pursuing educational opportunities in the accounting/accounting
information systems, business administration,
information systems/MIS, computer science, engineering, and other related disciplines
leading to careers in audit/ assurance, security, risk and control, or compliance.
Individuals interested in applying for the Scholarship must complete
the application and related information requirements as noted below. If you have any

Scholarship Award:
The ISACA Birmingham Chapter will award scholarships ranging from $250 to $2000. The Scholarship awards will be made payable in the name of the recipient.
Scholarship Eligibility Criteria:
- All candidates must be pursuing a bachelor’s (3rd or 4th year) or master’s degree.
- The Scholarship award is applicable for one school year term only. However, recipients
may re-apply in subsequent
years. - Students must be enrolled for the 2025-2026 academic year, focusing on accounting, business administration, information systems/MIS, computer science, or engineering.
- Students must be enrolled in an accredited university in the state of Alabama which partners with the ISACA Birmingham Chapter.
- Students must demonstrate an interest in the fields of audit/assurance, security, risk, or compliance.
- Minimum 3.00 (out of 4.0) Grade Point Average (GPA).
- Completion of the scholarship application form, including supporting information.
- Scholarship awards will be granted without regard to race, color, creed, religion,
sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
