by the Harbert College of Business and the College of Architecture, Design, and Construction,
this program lays a robust foundation for a thriving career in real estate development.

Candidates must have an undergraduate degree and at least five years of professional experience or three years of real estate experience in fields such as accounting, appraisal, brokerage, construction, design, development, engineering, or law.
