Auburn’s Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) program is competitively priced at $66,300 (beginning in the Fall 2024 semester), and the tuition rate is locked in for the duration of your course of study. This rate includes:

The MRED program offers a limited number of competitive scholarships to incoming students each year. The priority application deadline to be considered for MRED scholarships is March 15. Scholarships do not require a secondary application. The admissions committee will identify scholarship recipients through the application and admission process. All scholarships are one-time awards, but may be renewed at the discretion of the Executive Director.
Financial aid is available for students in the Master of Real Estate Development program and is not need based. There are limits to the federal funds, but there are Grad Plus options that can be utilized to make up the difference.
