        Professional Activities

        Walker is an associate professor in the department of management. His research has been published in several journals including Personnel Psychology, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Educational and Psychological Measurement, and Journal of Business Ethics. In addition, he has published two book chapters regarding the utilization of multi-source feedback in organizations.

        Walker's research interests include multi-source feedback processes; linking human resource practices to bottom-line results; and the study of ethical judgments, decisions, and behavior at work. He teaches at both the graduate and undergraduate levels in the area of human resource management and organizational behavior. Walker is a member of The Academy of Management, The Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and the Association for Psychological Science.
