Professional Activities
Liesl has over 25 years of experience working in human resource management and teaching in public education. She has a proven ability to work in a consultative role in designing and implementing effective human resource strategies. Liesl has been recognized for expertise in team building, staffing, personnel career development/succession planning, employee communications, and integration of corporate cultures.
Liesl has been teaching at Texas A&M University for 17 years, both small and large undergraduate and graduate classes. In previous positions, she served as associate director of human resources, working with 1,600 employees nationwide. In other positions, she served as an HR professional for start-up biotech company, home builder, and major energy company.
