Dr. Stacey G. Robinson’s research focuses on consumer behavior, examining organizational front-line service to consumer behavior-based strategy. She is published in the Journal of Marketing, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Service Research, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Interactive Marketing, International Journal of Research in Marketing, MSI, and other outlets. She serves as senior editor for the Journal of Business Research, and is on the editorial review board for the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Service Research, Journal of Retailing, and Journal of Public Policy in Marketing.
Before joining the Auburn faculty, Robinson was an associate professor of marketing at the University of Alabama. At UA she served as Ombudsperson, and marketing doctoral program coordinator. She won the American Marketing Association SERVSIG Best Paper of the Year award in 2016. Media outlets US News and Platform Magazine have sought her expertise on such topics as branding and Walmart digital marketing.
Early in her career, Robinson was a vice president at First Citizens Bancshares in Raleigh and held various marketing-related positions with Bank of America.
