        The Winchester Institute at Auburn University is hosting a lecture, “The Property Company of the Future,” presented by Andrew Baum, emeritus professor at Oxford University’s Saïd Business School, on Thursday, April 17 at 6:00 pm on the Auburn campus.

        Professor Baum will explore how megatrends such as technological breakthroughs, sustainability imperatives, geopolitical shifts and changing demographics are reshaping the real estate industry. This discussion will provide actionable insights for those looking to stay ahead of the curve in an industry poised for transformation. 

        With an illustrious career spanning academia, investment and high-level advisory roles, Professor Baum is uniquely positioned to offer forward-looking insights into the real estate sector. He currently serves as program director for the Oxford Real Estate Programme and chairman of Newcore Capital Management.

        His many accolades include the UK PropTech Association Special Achievement Award and the International Real Estate Society Achievement Award. Known for his groundbreaking publication PropTech 3.0: The Future of Real Estate and widely read textbooks with over 100,000 copies sold, Professor Baum is a leading voice in real estate innovation.
