Partnering with Auburn University’s TRAC program on their semester-long business consultation project has been a rewarding experience. The creative approaches students bring to addressing long-standing business challenges have provided us with fresh perspectives as well as actionable solutions. Beyond problem solving, we’ve benefited from building meaningful relationships, gaining recruitment opportunities, and better understanding the needs of the next generation of insurance customers. The program offers tremendous value, but as with any collaboration, the results depend on the effort you invest. Overall, it’s a worthwhile partnership that continues to deliver impactful results.
