        FAQ

        • Where do Harbert Tours begin?
Tours begin in the Benoski Courtyard, greenspace between Lowder Hall and Horton-Hardgrave Hall on the corner of Magnolia Avenue and Donahue Drive. If poor weather prevails, families are encouraged to step foot inside Horton-Hardgrave Hall near the elevators and our Innovation Lab to meet tour guides.
        • How long do Harbert Tours last?
You can anticipate spending about 45-60 minutes with us.
        • Where should I park for the Harbert Tour?
Guests must park on the Top Level Only of the Stadium Parking Deck (labeled Parking Deck, Campus Green on map), in the designated Visitor Spaces, facing the stadium (Brown Signs). Parking in any other space, or level, or any other area on campus may result in a parking ticket. No permit is required. Please allow at least 10-15 extra minutes of your travel time to park and walk over to the Benoski Courtyard at Horton-Hardgrave Hall where your Harbert tour will begin. Parking is not available at the Harbert College of Business and you can expect to leave your car in the parking deck and walk to all of your appointments throughout the day.
        • I registered for a Harbert Tour but cannot find my confirmation. Can you help?

Confirmations via text and email are sent to the email address and phone number used during registration. Parents, if your student registered themselves or you input their student information, we encourage you to check with them to locate the confirmations. Our system sends confirmations and updates

          1. at time of registration,
          2. two days out from visit,
          3. 1 hour out from visit, and
          4. 10 minutes before visit with a check in code.
        • What if I am going to be late for my tour?
Tours leave promptly on the hour in order to keep all visiting families and our tour guides on schedule. If you are going to late to your tour, we encourage you to text us through your confirmation or contact Becca Grace at beccagrace@auburn.edu in advance. We will try to get you on a different tour time that day, but cannot guarantee availability. If you miss your tour, you are welcome to stop by 025 Lowder Hall to grab an information packet.
        • Is pre-registration required for all visits?
Yes, we expect pre-registration for all Harbert tours. Our online registration system does close 1 day out from visits to allow us to prepare for our visitors. If you are trying to make a visit appointment for less than 24 hours out, please email Becca Grace at beccagrace@auburn.edu to inquire about availability.
        • What if I cannot find availability for the date or time I would like to visit?
Harbert tours are only offered when class is in session. We encourage you to visit our Academic Calendar to learn more about university holidays and semester breaks. We typically offer 3-5 different tour times each weekday when school is in session. Harbert Tours are small family tours where we pair 1-2 tours guides with visiting families. To provide a very personalized experience to each prospective student, capacity is limited. Our online registration system is the best way to view our availability.
        • Do you offer weekend tours?
No, guided tours are not available on the weekends.
