Campus Job in the Department of Entomology and Plant Pathology

The Department of Entomology & Plant Pathology is interested in hiring an undergraduate accounting student to work part-time to assist with various accounting duties. This position will start as early as this semester and potentially extend into upcoming semesters as the student’s schedule permits.

Job Responsibilities: 

• The student must have strong communication skills and will work with faculty members and staff to process travel reimbursements, vendor vouchers and assist reconciling purchasing card transactions.  
• As the student becomes more comfortable in the position, he/she will be assigned more duties including processing journal vouchers, updating account spreadsheets, and working with the service centers.
• This position requires 10-20 hours per week.
