        Oldcastle Infrastructure Summer Internship 2025

        Oldcastle Infrastructure is looking for a Finance Integrations Intern. The Intern will work with the Mergers and Acquisitions Finance Integrations Manager to contribute to the financial reporting and finance integrations processes for mergers and acquisitions. The intern will document and recommend improvements for current processes and assist on developing review tools streamlining the reporting responsibilities.

        This position is expected to start in-person in May 2025 and continue through the entire summer term (i.e. through August 2025). We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time and on-site, for most internships.

        Key Responsibilities: 

        • Monthly and quarterly reporting tasks related to mergers and acquisitions. Assisting with the creation of performance materials for executive-level review.
        • Documentation of (new) processes.
        • Recommend improvements of processes.
        • Assist on developing review tools for mergers and acquisition reporting.
        • Assist with purchase price allocation and net-working capital analysis for acquisitions.
        • Perform financial analysis and assist with the creation of the opening balance sheets and recommend purchase price adjustments for acquisitions.
        • Assist on enhancing and/or the development of tools to support better decision making across the company, leveraging the Oldcastle’s financial reporting ecosystem.

        Required Qualifications: 

        • Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or other related discipline and/or equivalent combination of knowledge, skills and abilities.
        • Demonstrated knowledge of finance fundamentals and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
        • Interest in (reporting) databases like Oracle Cloud EPM, Tableau etc.
        • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast paced high stress environment.
        • Excellent interpersonal skills and exemplary oral/written communication skills.
        • Self-starter, highly motivated with the demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
        • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
        • Ability to document and write recommendations.
