Rödl & Partner Achieve SLP 2025

If you’re looking to get ahead of the competition and jump-start your career, enhancing your leadership skills is a great way to do it. At this interactive program, we’ll discuss what it means to be in public accounting today with a special focus on enhancing your already proven leadership skills. In addition, you’ll network with peers and Rödl & Partner professionals. Achieve takes place on May 14th-15th in the Atlanta or Chicago office!

Hybrid Program

During Rödl & Partner's two-day program, you’ll participate in hands-on activities and network with your peers and Rödl & Partner staff - including partners. Our program is offered in person at our Atlanta, GA office and at our Chicago, Illinois office —students can attend either one depending on their location and expect a similar experience!

Additionally, you can look forward to:

Engaging leadership presenters
Open Q&A sessions with diverse panels
Lively team building activities
Interviewing with Rödl & Partner
An enjoyable social activity

Applying for Achieve

Open to sophomore and junior students who have declared accounting as their major and who currently have at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA.
Ideal candidate displays leadership qualities and is eager to learn and grow in the accounting field.
Students who are accepted to our program will have the opportunity to interview for a Spring or Summer 2026 internship.
