The Truist 2021 Diversity Insights Summit (DIS) is a half-day virtual recruiting event will introduce 150-175 college freshmen and sophomores to future career opportunities at Truist (not limited to Portfolio Management).  A number of Truist executive leaders – including Bill Rogers, Wendy McSweeney, and Dontá Wilson, among others – as well as Business Resource Group leaders and Early Career Program teammates, will be speaking and participating in DIS. The diverse group of students that attend DIS will enter Truist's early talent pipeline that feeds internship and full-time programs across the company.

Truist is looking for undergraduate students graduating between December 2022 – May 2024 who identify as African-American, Hispanic/Latinx, Asian/Pacific American, Indigenous Peoples, Women, and/or LGBTQ+, as well as Veterans and students with different abilities, who have a strong interest in financial services and have strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
