Competitive Stipend, Great Tuition Benefits

The Auburn MAcc program offers competitive Graduate Assistantships (GA) to students with top academic credentials. GAs are appointed to a 9 or 12 month term and the level of tuition benefit & monthly stipend is determined by the weekly workload (outlined below based on current tuition rates).

 *FTE = full-time employee (% of a 40 hour week)

Placements

MAcc GAs are in high demand—our students not only work within the School of Accountancy, but are requested by departments across campus.  GA placements include, but are not limited to, the Auburn units listed below.

• HCOB Dean's Office, Management Department, Marketing Department, Supply Chain Management Department,  and Office of Professional & Career Development
• Athletic Department
• Graduate School
• Construction Management
• Office of Institutional Research & Assessment
• Office of Professional & Continuing Education
• Business Offices (College of Agriculture, College of Sciences and Mathematics, and Financial Reporting)

Because MAcc students have such a great reputation, nearly $500,000 of GA stipend money is committed to grant 100% of current MAcc students some form of tuition assistance.

How to Apply

After submitting your Graduate School online application, you will receive an email from the Auburn MAcc Program acknowledging receipt of your application. In this email, you will be required to complete an online form indicating your interest in being considered for a Graduate Assistantship (GA) position.
