For the Fall 2021 admissions cycle, the Auburn Full-Time and Online MBA programs will waive the GMAT/GRE test score under the following criteria:
Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution and:
*Experience is defined as professional, full-time and post-undergraduate or military experience.
Additional waiver requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Waiver requests can be completed online; however, it is advised to schedule an appointment with an admissions advisor in advance of submitting your request.
For Full-Time MBA applicants, a competitive GMAT/GRE test score is encouraged for both Graduate Assistantship and scholarship consideration.
Important to note: Being granted a GMAT/GRE waiver does not guarantee admission to the program.
Auburn MBA Programs accommodate students with undergraduate degrees in all disciplines. The GMAT or GRE is required for all applicants except those with a terminal degree (e.g., PhD, JD, etc.) or those that meet the criteria above during the COVID-19 pandemic. The GMAT is the preferred admissions test. However, if you have already completed the GRE, Auburn MBA Programs and the Admissions Committee will take this into consideration and review your score. GMAT and GRE may be waived if the criteria above is met.
We encourage you to start your application as early. Keep in mind that you can complete your application over time as you acquire the items and information below:
