        Professional Background

        Ann is a Student Services Coordinator in the Harbert College of Business Graduate Programs office where she enjoys being a part of an excellent team working to provide students with a superior educational experience. Ann has worked in education for over 20 years, serving students in both K-12 and higher education environments. She taught math and science to middle school students for over a decade and then transitioned to higher education where she has worked in academic and student support roles at both AUM and Auburn University. Ann earned her doctorate in Educational Psychology from Auburn University and currently serves as an adjunct instructor teaching classes in educational research. Ann is the co-founder of a math education research project aimed at the development of tools to promote inclusive learning environments. While her background and interests in education are broad, her focus is always narrow: helping students succeed so they can achieve their educational goals.
