Dr. Gabler conducts research across marketing, supply chain, and frontline management. He focuses on how organizations make decisions that impact multiple stakeholders, particularly when stakeholder values do not align. This friction guides his research toward uncovering sustainable business practices that benefit the focal organization, the planet, and society-at-large. His goal as a teacher is two-fold: 1) foster creativity, curiosity, and critical-thinking to develop successful, ethical businesspeople, and 2) help his students find meaningful work post graduation.
