Professional Activities
Hilliard received her doctorate in finance from Louisiana State University. She joined
Auburn University as an assistant professor in 2011. Her research interests include
option pricing, investment and exchange traded funds. Hilliard has published in Quantitative Finance, The Journal of Investment Management and The Financial Review. She has presented her research in national and international conferences. Hilliard
teaches security analysis and financial statement analysis. She has also taught the
advanced business finance. She is a member of Financial Management Association and
Southern Finance Association.
